Ta však o žádném výletu nechce ani slyšet. Je hrdá na to, že se narodila jako Cherokee a v rezervaci navíc vede útulný indiánský bar. Proč se hnát někam mezi zlé bílé tváře a žít v betonovém pekle velkoměsta? Podobný názor sdílí i Tommyho dědeček Enisi, který se nerozumného mladíka marně snaží přivést na pravou víru. Všechny pokusy však přicházejí vniveč a nezbývá než léčba šokem. Jen naprostá zkáza a zoufalství donutí Tommyho sáhnout až na dno své duše a pochopit, že jeho rodina a indiánský kmen jsou pro něj tím nejdůležitějším na světě. Cesta za poznáním je však zahalená tajemstvím a posázená mrtvolami.
Human Head Studios to přeci jen dokázali! Pohřbený a znovu vykopaný projekt s názvem Prey se již za pár dní objeví mezi hráči, aby směle konkuroval největším akčním peckám. Není to tak dlouho, co jsme se rozplývali nad dech beroucí hratelnou demoverzí a slibovali brzkou recenzi, v níž budeme moci jednu z nejočekávanějších akcí současnosti konečně pořádně probrat. Trochu jsme se obávali, že atmosféru a hratelnost dema autoři zkrátka neudrží až do konce, a nebyli jsme daleko od pravdy. Tommy ale naštěstí není tak bezmocný jako všichni ostatní. Jeho pekelný transport k nechutné lidské drtičce atakuje neznámý chlapík a vy se tak opět chopíte role hlavního hrdiny s jediným cílem - zachránit milovanou Jen. Ač je to v případě akčních her spíše vzácností, kupředu vás tentokrát potáhne příběh a touha po odhalení všech tajemství obrovského mimozemského komplexu a původu nepřátelských vetřelců. Autorům se tentokrát podařilo vytvořit natolik zajímavé prostředí, že po dalších nových informacích jdete doslova jako slepice po flusu. Prey vám párkrát slušně vyrazí dech a čím blíže budete tajemné bytosti, jež je ze začátku pouze bolestivým hlasem v Tommyho hlavě, tím více budete napjatí. Abychom vás ale nepřipravili o skvělý zážitek ze hry, o příběhu vám toho více neprozradíme. Místo toho se raději vrhneme na samotnou akci, jež vás zcela jistě zvedne ze židle.
